I'm so glad you found your way here! My name is Katelyn Cler, and I’m a portrait photographer based in central Illinois. I specialize in capturing seniors, couples, and families, and there’s nothing I love more than freezing those genuine, joy-filled moments in time. I just started the Parkland Pathways program to the University of Illinois this fall, so it's a really exciting season of life for me, both personally and professionally! I first got into photography with my mom’s old camera, just taking pictures of my friends for fun. I had no idea back then how much it would grow into something I truly love. What started as a few spontaneous photoshoots turned into a full-on passion, and now a business that I care deeply about. Photography has given me such a special creative outlet and a way to connect with people in a meaningful way. When you book a session with me, my main goal is to make you feel totally comfortable and confident. I want it to feel more like hanging out than a formal shoot, something relaxed, fun, and full of laughs.
